Breastfeeding Class
- comprehensive 3-week class designed to provide you with the most current evidence-based information, empowering you to make educated and informed decisions for your birth;
- topics include: maintaining a healthy pregnancy, including nutrition, exercise, prenatal holistic wellness; understanding the birth process; making thoughtful decisions about childbirth; writing birth plan/preferences; finding comfort during labor, including positioning, breathing, relaxation, visualization; interventions and variations in labor; partner's role in childbirth; postpartum tips and care; breastfeeding basics;

- strategies to prepare older children for the arrival of a new baby and to navigate parenting multiple young children ;
